Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emilio@niknakcreations.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and packaging.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery area, confirm with neighbors, and reach out to the carrier before contacting us.
